This class combines the best of Ashtanga, Rocket, Tao, and Yin, depending upon class needs. It’s a gentle class with modifications for those who need them.

Class is taught by Keena Stricker, yoga teacher of 11 years. Keena’s Modified Primary Ashtanga training with Amber Dean created the foundation of her practice. She continued to train in Rocket Vinyasa, Pregnancy, Kids yoga, Yin, and Tao. Each class she teaches is tailored to who is there and what they need at the moment, any age, ability, and place in life is honored.
