The Cincinnati Birth Center is very excited to host Keena Striker's (of Kinetic Keena) Family Yoga and Fellowship class at our birth center! This class is directed at all current and expecting mothers, along with the entire family is welcome! Keena will teach you how to find peace and serenity through yoga and meditation.

Please bring tea or snacks to share! Following the class we can get to know one another better with some friendly conversations discussing community resources for parents while making new friends.

Ticket Cost:

• $15 = One adult (+ one child)

• $5 per additional child
